Filinvest City’s Garden City recently opened Central Park, a new outdoor community and event center in Alabang where people can breathe fresh air, bask in the greenery of nature while enjoying the company of family and friends.

“Filinvest City’s Central Park is designed to be a breathable and relaxing space where we can be active and enjoy the calming effects of nature,” explained Don Ubaldo, Senior Vice President for Project Development – ​​Townships.

He added that Filinvest City’s development of Central Park is part of its master plan to provide open spaces that seamlessly integrate nature with urban life for a balanced lifestyle in the business district.

The first phase of Central Park, also called “Great Lawn”, is intended to be the focal point of the city where open spaces can host outdoor events such as concerts, festivals, bazaars, exhibitions of pets, sports and other related open events. -air events, especially now that pandemic restrictions are easing in Metro Manila.

This summer, the entire community uses the one-hectare open space to picnic, bike, play sports and jog. Botanical garden under construction

The Botanical Garden is also expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year, which will include an amphitheater or dedicated event stage to set the landmark of the location.

Central Park is in the Spectrum District of Filinvest City, Alabang, intersecting Spectrum Linear Park at Spectrum Midway, between Commerce Avenue and Parkway Avenue in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

The park is just two minutes from the Festival Mall and three minutes from Filinvest Tollgate leading to the South Luzon Highway, making the area accessible and easy to locate.

Other city parks where residents and guests can relax include Spectrum Linear Park, the green spine running through Spectrum Midway; River Park and Water Garden at Festival Mall; and Filinvest Axis Park in the Northgate Cyberzone. A Creekside Park is expected to be completed in 2026.
